• Cool Horizon grade and Support Option (USO) Renewal 

  • Cool Horizon provides upgrades and support with no additional fees for the period of 1 year.  During the year customers are entitled to:

    • Upgrades at no charge (one year)
      Product support, phone and email (one year)
      License increases are always available
    After your first year with Cool Horizon you will have the opportunity to renew your upgrades and support.  Regardless of the option you choose below you will still be able to continue to benefit from the software.   Review the options below, and make the choice that best suits your company's needs.

    Upgrade and Support Renewal
     
    • Cool Horizon would like to encourage our customers to renew their upgrade and support.  The major benefit of renewal are the upgrades to the software.  The cost of purchasing software every time a new version is released can get very expensive.  Cool Horizon tries to reduce that burden of upgrading software by offering upgrades to license holders without fluctuating costs throughout the year. 

    • Additionally, Cool Horizon offers upgrade and support renewal at a discount.  The discount varies depending upon when you actually renew the options. 

      •  
      • Renew before your license ends and save with the best discount available.
        Renew 60 to 90 days after your license ends and receive a discount.
        Renew at any other time and as a previous licensee and receive a discount.
      The upgrade and support option may be renewed at a discount from the price of the your existing USO.  License increases within 60 days of renewal will not be counted. 

      USO renewal customers will be eligible for:

        Product support, phone and email (one year)
        License increases are always available
    Non-renewal
     
    • If you choose not to renew your upgrade and support at this time you will still be able to utilize the Cool Horizon software.  Keep Cool Horizon informed of contact information so we can continue to send information concerning the latest developments.
